Covid-19 Safety Practices
What we have done, and will continue doing, to create a safe and healthy environment for our staff and guests:
Our Box Office staff will wear masks and gloves, they will wipe down and sanitize the station between customers, and they will stay behind a plastic shield.
Patrons must wear face masks in the building and must observe a six foot distance between any other customers.
We encourage you to select a contactless, paperless ticket option: Print At Home or Mobile. They are greener options, and are one less point of contact during your ticket sale and on show day. If you prefer a printed ticket, there is a $1.50 charge per order.
Will Call ticket pickup is no longer an option when purchasing your tickets. If you already had a Will Call ticket, it will be sent to you at no charge 10 days prior to the show. Print At Home and Mobile tickets are your free option! If you have questions about Print At Home and Mobile tickets, we’re happy to help you. Please call the Box Office 215-257-5808. If you still prefer a physical ticket, you can select Regular Mail for delivery for a $1.50 fee per order. We will mail out tickets 10 days prior to the show.
We will be emailing each show’s ticketholders 10 days prior to their show as a reminder of the show date and time and to share safety measures that have been put in place.
We realize we may need to modify our procedures to maintain safety and health, so we will continue to evaluate and change as necessary. Please check back for updates.
The Washington House Restaurant will be open for indoor dining on June 26 at half capacity with tables separated either by safety glass or six feet apart. Patio dining and made to order takeout are still available, as are six packs and cocktails to go. You’ll find more information on The Washington House by clicking here.
